PTC's pay you for doing clics in his advertisers. you have to see the ad for about 15 to 30 sec, then they put your payment into your balance.
When you reach a minimum amount you can cashout this money.
Each PTC have his own minimum. But It's usually $2

There are good and Bad PTCs, When a Ptc doesn't pay is calling SCAM. There usually don't have any payment proof.
